This year's Sicilian extra-virgin, high-polyphenol olive oil was made from the finest Cerasuola and Nocellara del Belice olives, which have been grown, handpicked, and pressed by The Di Lorenzo family on their magnificent Disisa estate in Northern Sicily.
Green and fruity, it’s like “Summer in a bottle!"
It has the enchanting aroma of tomato leaf and freshly mown grass, is soft and comforting in the mouth and has a lovely lingering kick of black pepper and rocket on the finish.
It's absolutely delicious!
The olives were harvested last November (2025) and cold-pressed immediately.
HIGH POLYPHENOL OLIVE OIL: 431mg of polyphenols per one kilogram of oil.
(Much higher than the 250mg per kilogram of oil, that according to EU Regulation 432/2012 an oil needs to reach in order to claim to be a “high polyphenol olive oil”.)

We visited Disisa in Early February this year (2026), as we do every year specifically to work with the Di Lorenzo’s as a team and to taste and blend the different oils from the harvest in order to then create the perfect combination.
