This 100ml Tradizionale 12 year old balsamic vinegar DOP is made by the Verrini family of Modena, artisan producers of aged balsamic vinegars for over 50 years . The ancient wooden barrels in which the balsamic vinegar is matured produce stunning ‘aceto balsamico tradizionale di Modena’, which mere words simply cannot describe or do justice. This 12 year old Tradizionale balsamic vinegar is certified, bottled and individually numbered by The Consortium of Producers of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena to prove its authenticy. It also holds a D.O.P. (Denominazione d’origine protetta), a quality assurance label for Italian food products that is given to protect regions that produce high quality goods.
