Our Vine Tomato Infused Balsamic Condimento is made exclusively for us by the Verrini Family, artisan producers of fine balsamic vinegars. They craft our balsamic vinegars from grapes that they grow, pick and mature on their estate in Modena .
This balsamic is made in the ‘Condimenti’ style. Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes are cooked down and combined with a premium wine vinegar, then aged in oak barrels to mature and develop in flavour and density. This results in our Classic balsamic vinegar to which concentrated vine tomatoes are added to produce this deliciously savoury and well rounded infused balsamic. Read More
Wonderful on its own or when mixed with one of our olive oils (3 parts oil to 1 part balsamic) as a salad dressing or as a yummy dip with fresh bread.
Drizzle over cheesy or pesto pasta, pizza and antipasti. Dress salads or warm greens like spinach or asparagus. Enjoy with omelettes, chicken, salmon, white fish, roasted veg, mozzarella or feta cheese.
