A lovely artisan Chocolate balsamic made from grapes grown on the family estate of Nicolo Verrini in the countryside near to Modena in northern Italy. The grapes are crushed and slowly cooked down over a long period of time into a remarkably thick, dense must, which is then mixed with a little wine vinegar before being allowed to mature in ancient oak barrels.
