Drizzle this delicious infusion over ice cream, chilled pear, strawberries, fruit salad, cheesecake, tiramisu, trifle, Black Forest gateaux, granola & Greek yoghurt, smoked duck breast, venison steak, creamy blue cheeses or brie.
Superb also when mixed with one of the gift of oil’s premium or infused olive oils as a dip with fresh bread or as a dressing.
Use with our Orange & Mandarin oil over duck, chicken, pork tenderloin or baked brie.
Use with our Basil oil over roasted cherry tomatoes, roasted carrots, bruschetta, mozzarella and tomato or griddled aubergine.

A lovely artisan balsamic made from grapes grown on the family estate of Nicolo Verrini in the countryside near to Modena in northern Italy. The grapes are crushed and slowly cooked down over a long period of time into a remarkably thick, dense must, which is then mixed with just a little wine vinegar, before being allowed to mature in ancient oak barrels. Following this, the natural flavour and concentrated juices of black cherry are infused into the vinegar to produce a delightfully sour but sweet taste sensation.
