These balsamics are crafted by combining our thick and intense Reserve Balsamic with concentrated natural flavours. The Reserve is made with grapes grown on the Verrini family estate. The grapes are crushed and slowly cooked down over a long period of time into a remarkably thick, dense must, which is then mixed with just a little wine vinegar, before being allowed to mature in ancient oak barrels. Following this, the natural flavours of truffle, and black cherry respectively are infused into the vinegar to produce totally sublime infusions.
The truffle balsamic is delicious over a good Rib-Eye Steak with a side of large flat mushrooms, whilst the black cherry is awesome over a Baked New York Vanilla Cheesecake! Read Less
