Made only using lemons , basil and garlic grown on the Disisa Estate by Maria Paola Di Lorenzo and her son Mario.
As with all of our infused olive oils, the “labour of love” that goes into creating them is astonishing. For the lemon oil, lemons are picked and cold pressed together with the olives, allowing the juice to fuse with the oil. For the basil and garlic oils, fresh produce is picked, washed, dried and then submerged into premium, cold pressed, extra virgin olive oil for several days of stirring, tasting, and well…waiting!
Only when mother and son are fully satisfied that the flavour is absolutely perfect do they remove the basil or the garlic from the oil and bottle it exclusively for The Gift of Oil. Read Less
