Our Basil Infused Olive Oil is created with just two ingredients; freshly picked basil leaves and premium quality, cold pressed, extra virgin olive oil by our partners the The Di Lorenzo family on their magnificent Disisa Estate in Northern Sicily. Fresh basil is picked by hand, washed and then dried in the Sicilian sunshine before being expertly infused into their renowned olive oil.
Our Vine Tomato Infused Balsamic is made exclusively for us by the Verrini Family, on their estate in Modena. Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes are cooked down and combined with a premium wine vinegar and then aged in oak barrels to mature in both flavour and density.
